HSC 2027 & HSC 2028 • BANGLADESH (ALL GENERAL BOARDS) A+ Roadmap — Business Organization & Management — 1st Paper Subject Code 277 A theory paper that students under-prepare because it ”looks easy to read”. Reading it is easy. Scoring 85+ is not — that depends entirely on how you write the answer, not on how much you know. What this document is. A 14-month study plan, chapter priority map and exam-technique manual for this paper. It does not teach the syllabus content — your NCTB textbook and guide book already do that. It tells you what to study, in what order, how deep, and how to write it in the exam hall. Md Ahbab Hamid Khan ahbab.dev Edition 1 — August 2026 • Verify chapter-wise mark circulars at nctb.gov.bd and your board website before the exam.

Business Organization & Management 1st Paper (277) HSC 2027 & 2028 — A+ Roadmap 1. Read This First Every student in your class will have read this book. Most will score between 60 and 72. The gap between them and an A+ is almost never knowledge — it is answer construction. Three facts that should shape your entire preparation: 1. Marks are given for linking, not for listing. A part (গ) answer that lists six features of a private limited company earns far less than one that names the company in the উśীপক, identifies which form it is, and proves it using three features. The examiner is marking the connection, not the content. 2. Every question has a stimulus. Use it by name. If the stimulus is about ”Mr. Karim’s firm”, the words ”Mr. Karim” must appear in your parts (গ) and (ঘ). An answer that could have been written without reading the stimulus is a generic answer, and generic answers are capped. 3. Part (ঘ) needs a verdict. Four marks are for evaluation — agreement or disagreement with a reasoned position. An answer with no clear stand loses half of them regardless of how much correct material it contains. What A+ actually requires in this paper 80+ for A+. Because this is a theory

Business Organization & Management 1st Paper (277) HSC 2027 & 2028 — A+ Roadmap Structure of one CQ (10 marks) — the four-part pattern Unlike Accounting, this paper uses the four-part split. Each part has a fixed job. Learn the job, not just the mark value. Part Marks Level What to write Target length (ক) 1 Knowledge One precise definition or term. Nothing more. 1–2 lines (খ) 2 Comprehension The concept explained, plus one example or clarifying sentence. No stimulus needed. 4–5 lines (গ) 3 Application Identify what the stimulus shows, then prove it with 3 relevant points, naming the character. 10–12 lines (ঘ) 4 Higher order A clear stand, 3 supporting arguments tied to the stimulus, and a closing verdict. 14–16 lines The single most valuable habit in this paper Write parts (ক) and (খ) of all seven chosen questions first — roughly 25 minutes for 21 marks. Then go back and do the (গ) and (ঘ) parts. This guarantees you never lose easy marks to the clock, and it lets your mind work on the harder parts in the background. 3.
