Speaking — 10 Practice Tests How to use this pack Every test here runs to the real length: 11 to 14 minutes, three parts, one minute of preparation for Part 2. Record every attempt. Listening back is where the marks come from. How to use this pack • Follow the week given in 01_Syllabus_22_Weeks. • Read only the Candidate Sheet before you sit. Never the Examiner Script, never the Model Answers. • Your partner reads the Examiner Script word for word, holds the stopwatch, and does not help or react. • Swap roles every session. Being the examiner teaches you what an answer sounds like from the other side of the table. • After the test: listen to the recording once, counting one thing only — long pauses, or repeated words, or “um”s. Then fill in the Peer Feedback Sheet.
